At the time of construction, this project was largest high-end residential compound in Qatar. Covering a plot of 200,00 m² and a built-up area of 165,000 m²; the compound includes:

An extreme fast-track approach was adopted by all stakeholders with our manpower reaching a peak workforce of 5,600 onsite. The project was delivered in a span of 18 months along with all associated external infrastructure, hard and soft landscaping.

This project, in the northern city of Al Khor, aims to rent attractive, medium to high quality residential apartments for the city’s residents. The project involves the construction of ten 3-bedroom apartment buildings, an electric substation, a fire water tank and pump room, five underground water tanks, and all associated external works. Domopan is responsible for construction, completion, commissioning, and handover of the housing project.

The works comprises of the Construction, Completion and Maintenance of Al Khor Housing Project Zone 14, located in Al Khor Community Area, Qatar. The contemporary Al Khor Housing Project is made of the construction of 12 no. 3BR Apartment Blocks (G+2) in Zone 14. The project includes Car parking, Landscaping with all specified Internal & External MEP works as contract scope of works.

The works comprises of the Construction, Completion and Maintenance of Al Khor Housing Project Zone 15, located in Al Khor Community Area, Qatar. The contemporary Al Khor Housing Project is made of the construction of 4 no. 3BR Apartment Blocks (G+2) in Zone 15. The project includes Car parking, Landscaping with all specified Internal & External MEP works as contract scope of works.
