This project, in the northern city of Al Khor, aims to rent attractive, medium to high quality residential apartments for the city’s residents. The project involves the construction of ten 3-bedroom apartment buildings, an electric substation, a fire water tank and pump room, five underground water tanks, and all associated external works. Domopan is responsible for construction, completion, commissioning, and handover of the housing project.

Zone 13 – The project consists of Construction of 10 nos. of 3-bedroom apartment buildings (G+2), 1 number of substation buildings, 1 number of fire water tank and pump room, 5 numbers of underground water tanks and external works. The apartment building accommodates 3 bedrooms 12 flats in one building.

Zone 14 – is made of the construction of 12 no. 3BR Apartment Blocks (G+2). The project includes Car parking, Landscaping with all specified Internal & External MEP works as contract scope of works.

Zone 15 – is made of the construction of 4 no. 3BR Apartment Blocks (G+2). The project includes Car parking, Landscaping with all specified Internal & External MEP works as contract scope of works.
