Hospitality has evolved to become a pillar of the local Qatari economy, especially with the country set to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup, which will be a driving force behind tourism for the coming years. Domopan has the experience and capacity to liase with a large number of stakeholders in hotel projects (Clients, Operators, Specialist Sub-Contractors etc.) to deliver properties to the visions and standards of all the parties involved.

Fit-Outs

Domopan has been heavily involved in the final fit-outs for landmark projects in Qatar, with this sector being the most rapidly growing division within our company. We use only the top quality finishing products, and our services include ceilings, partitions, painting, doors and architectural hardware.

Education

Projects completed in the Education and category by Domopan involve both public and private sectors. Our projects include Doha College, Schools and Learning Centres for Scouts and Guides, Educational and Training Centers for Qatar Armed Forces etc.

Residential

Residential Construction is the backbone of Domopan's project history and has been a consistent delivery sector throughout the company's existence. We have been involved with some of the largest residential developers in the country during our projects, and Our expertise in the field is vast as we have completed government housing projects in addition to privately owned high end villa complexes and apartment buildings.

Industrial

Domopan's experience in the industrial facilities can be demonstrated by our capacity to execute highly technical and specialized projects in the sector. Among the industrial facilities constructed by us are sewage treatment plans, and sophisticated factories for chemical materials.

Healthcare

Domopan completed the largest Health and Wellness Care Center project in Qatar for the Public Works Authority (Ashghal). The project is one of the few in this industry sector with an esteemed level of finish and medical sophistication. The Umm Salal Health Center was opened by the Prime Minister and Health Minister of Qatar, and chosen as the medical center to be visited by both HH the Emir and HH the Father Emir.

Government

Domopan's clients in this sector include the Qatar Armed Forces, Ministry of Defense and the US Army. Our performance and ability to execute in highly secure environments has turned this sector into a major and sustainable business lines, with a consistent and expanding project backlog.
